Updates
haha, so long have not been updating this blog. Someone ask is it i close shop liao.Actually no, but now office cannot access this site and home no internet yet, so not many chance to update :(
Just a quick update of what has happened over the last few weeks/months, which was quite hectic for me...
- I had a holiday in Aussie land for 2 weeks from June to July with Shi and Mo. Shi and me went to Sydney first, then we flew to Launceston, Tasmania. Mo joined us at Launceston. Tasmania is an island state of Australia at the south of Sydney and Brisbane and Launceston is at the North side of the island. From Launceston, we drove to Craddle mountains (about 5 hours drive with stops at other towns like Davenport etc), and stayed there for 2 days before driving to the capital town of Tasmania, Horbart (about 6 hours drive). After another 2 days at Horbart, we flew to Brisbane from there and drove over to Gold Coast. We spend almost 3 days at Gold Coast before driving back to Brisbane city to observe the Sabbath, we flew back from Brisbane to Singapore the next day. (Will write another entry with some pictures soon, i hope).
- Was then busy over the 3 nights evangelistic in mid July. Thank God we had about 85 first timers, may the Lord guide them.
- Jonny and Serene went to Perth to study. Hope they will be ok, and their faith will be strengthen when they are there too... We had a farewell BBQ session at Adam Road Church for them on a Sat night.
- Last week was busy over a BBQ evangelistic gethering that was held on last sat night in one of the Church member's house near Telok Kurau. Thank God we had about 50 observers that turned up.
- One of the church brother's dad fell down and passed away (his dad is not a church member). This brother had not been coming to church for quite a while and so we took this chance to spend more time with him. May the Lord comfort him and also guide him and his family back to God's house again.
- And this coming weekend will be going down to Batu Pahat to help up with the RE class there then after that to KL to settle somethings.
Haha, not think back really have been busy but luckly have the 2 weeks holiday to re-charged myself to work for God and here i would want to thank God for all the oppotunities that He has given for me to work for Him.
And dear all who are reading this entry, please help to pray for the evangelistic work in Singapore and that God will continue guide the observers and preserve the fervor of the church members.
